How to Encourage Your Customers to Shop Small®

Shop Small

Now more than ever your customers want to support businesses they love, like yours.

In fact, according to recent Mindbody consumer data, 79% of wellness consumers and 77% of beauty consumers expect their spending to stay the same or increase.

To help your customers increase their spending and support your local business, Mindbody is joining forces with American Express for a Shop Small® campaign. Together, we’re committed to helping fitness, beauty, and wellness businesses come back strong by rewarding customers, both old and new, to spend at your business.

How it works

Now through September 20, 2020, eligible American Express Card Members who spend $10 or more at an eligible small business with an enrolled American Express Card get $5 back as a statement credit, on up to ten transactions.*

That means your customers can earn up to $50 back when they invest in the beauty and wellness services you offer.

And the best part is, as a Mindbody business, you'll be automatically included. Eligible customers will get rewarded simply for shopping at your business.

What you can do

Emphasize retail and service add-ons. If you’re a salon, spa, or wellness business, here are five ways to maximize revenue as you reopen
