Since social media plays such a huge role in your online visibility and your potential for drawing in new clients, you should also make sure that you are paying close attention to when you share items on Facebook.
With over 2 billion monthly active users, and roughly 1 billion users logging into Facebook on a daily basis, this platform harnesses a lot of power when it comes to your social media efforts. With that being said, more and more businesses are utilizing Facebook’s capabilities to reach their target audience - which can make it increasingly difficult to ensure that the time you put into your posts is well spent.
Just like Instagram, Facebook has an “Insights” feature that you can use to help you figure out when your fans are logging into the platform. Just use these two simple steps.

Step 1: Log in to business page for your salon or spa. Click on the “Insights” tab located at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the “Posts” tab located in the left sidebar menu of your “Insights” page.
In just two simple clicks, we were able to find out that Booker fans are online pretty consistently throughout the week, but with a slight up-tick on Wednesdays. As for pin-pointing a specific time-frame that works best for us, our fans are online throughout the business day, but are more likely to engage with our posts around 6pm.
As a salon or spa owner, it's a sure bet that you are busy almost every hour of the day - but in under a minute, you can find your Facebook posting sweet spot. This is great information to have especially if you're unable to post every single day; at least you now know when to post to ensure your audience will see it.
