How it started: While things were relatively smooth sailing in January, March had beauty and wellness businesses pivoting quickly. Operating in a pandemic meant rethinking how you managed your team and stayed connected to clients. Things changed rapidly. Our Booker by Mindbody product and research teams met (virtually, of course) with businesses like yours across the globe, learning what you suddenly needed from your software.
How it's going: Reopening required a low-touch journey, minimizing contact along the way and keeping your team and clients safe. You needed more opportunities to attract new clients and more (and better) ways to connect with current ones. We worked and iterated together, and we came up with a variety of new features. Here are seven of the favorite new features from 2020.
